Maggie was hung and beaten and rescued outside Phnom Penn Cambodia April 2016.  Enclosed is footage of Ching staging the rescue, footage was found that he took of the Maggie been hung and footage was taken and staged him cutting Maggie down. Maggie torture was taken and used to gain donations fraudulently, the footage enclosed and the what was put on Facebook on The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation Page
